Refund Policy
At Spruce Collective, we offer access to prize draws, exclusive discounts, and community perks - all delivered digitally. As such, no physical goods are shipped, and standard return policies do not apply.
General Refund Policy
All purchases on our site - including prize draw entries and subscriptions - are classified as digital services. These are made available immediately after payment, and therefore:
• Are non-refundable, unless specifically outlined below.
• Cannot be cancelled once submitted, due to their time-sensitive nature.
Refunds Will Be Issued If:
• You were incorrectly charged (e.g. technical error or duplicate payment) and notify us within 14 days.
• A free entry form resulted in an accidental charge.
In these cases, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the refund.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
• Digital entries or subscriptions once access is granted or a draw has closed.
• Failure to win a prize.
• Duplicate entries unless flagged within 24 hours of purchase.
• Subscription payments where benefits have already been accessed (e.g. community content or discounts).
UK Consumer Protection Notice
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), there is no automatic right to cancel digital content once it has been delivered, provided the consumer has given their consent and acknowledged the loss of the right to cancel.
By purchasing digital prize draw entries or subscription access, you confirm:
• That you are requesting immediate access to the content and services, and
• That you waive your 14-day cancellation right under the above regulations.
